Conference fee

CONFERENCE FEE:

The conference fee covers attendance at the conference sessions, participation at the welcome reception, coffee breaks during the conference, lunches, conference dinner, excursion, the conference bag, and the abstract book.

Accompanying persons may participate in the welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner, and excursion after payment of the registration fee.

Please note that the amount received in the conference account must exactly match the conference fee in PLN required for the given deadline !!!

When transferring the fee in EUR, please kindly remember to include (add) approximately 8% to fee for bank charges.

*The author or co-author cannot be treated as an accompanying person
